We are recruiting for an Assistant Brasserie Manager. The successful candidate will be expected to make decisions in the absence of Brasserie Manager and take on board the day to day running.

We are looking for someone with outstanding interpersonal skills to provide our guests with the levels of care and service they have come to expect from us. Training and support will be given on how to supervise and manage the team however previous experience, but not necessarily at the same level, in a similar environment will be essential to succeed.
