Skills:
· In-depth knowledge of ones specialism with the ability to cover a range of other subjects
· Be able to teach Key Stage 3 and Key stage 4 students
· Strong behaviour management
· Flexibility and Adaptability
· Organisation and Planning
· To be able to assess and monitor individual student progression
