Pastry Chef required for luxury boutique country house hotel, North Gloucestershire
Pastry Chef required for luxury 2 rosette hotel based in North Gloucestershire. I am looking for a Head Pastry chef to join this small brigade of chefs within this luxury 2 rosette hotel. This role may suit a highly experienced Chef de Partie and or Junior Sous Pastry Chef looking for their first Head Pastry Chef role.
As the Head Pastry chef you will be responsible for running the section and managing and training 2 junior commis pastry chefs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a pastry chef to really make your mark in one of the finest hotels in the area. The Executive Chef is a fantastic person to work with and promotes a calm but focused kitchen environment.
Please note that in order to qualify for this role you must have at least 2 years experience as a chef de partie at a minimum of 2 rosette level!
• Salary £18,000-£21,000 annum + Tips depending on experience.
