We require an experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager with impeccable attention to detail and exemplary standards of customer care. The recently refurbished and soon to be re-launched Tara Restaurant at Hatton Court Hotel has a capacity of 80 diners in restaurant format and 100 for a formal event. The role will involve the assisting the F&B Manager in the management of food and beverage service in the Tara Restaurant, Cocktail Bar and function rooms.

You will be highly disciplined with an eye for detail and likely to have gained at least 2 years experience in a hotel and/or F&B management roles working to a recognised standard. This position offers excellent chances of advancement within a small privately owned collection of hospitality businesses.

Hatton Court has 45 double bedrooms, a 100 cover restaurant, 2 meeting rooms which can accommodate 20 delegates each, The Cotswold Room which can accommodate 80 for a civil ceremony and 50 for a seated function or as restaurant overflow in addition to a fully self contained marquee facility that can accommodate 200 for a seated function and 300 for a cocktail buffet.
