Our client requires the Sous chef to have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. The experience must have been gained in a top hotel/restaurant establishment.

Responsibilities of this role will entail:

• Supervise the function of all kitchen employees and advise colleagues where required;
• Maintain food hygiene, HACCPS and COSHH
• Train younger kitchen members to ensure quality is achieved;
