An exciting new vacancy has arisen for a Chef de Partie. The hotel has Two Rosettes and striving for their Third and is currently looking for a Chef de Partie to work within their busy and progressive kitchen.

Offering a salary up to 17k and the scope to progress this is an exciting opportunity not to be missed!

Our client requires the Chef de Partie to have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. The experience must have been gained in a top hotel/restaurant establishment to a 2 rosette standard
Job Description
• To help train younger kitchen members to ensure quality is achieved;
• To have an understanding of fresh ingredients
• Experience at running your own section
• Understanding of Menu planning
• To have an understanding of HACCPS and COSHH
