We are looking for a relief Chef de Partie to work at a busy 4star hotel .

Successful applicants will be required to :

* Manage own section
* Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced
* Making sure the kitchen works within relevant hygiene, health and safety
guidelines

The ideal candidate will...

* Hold relevant NVQ or City & Guilds certificates
* Basic Food / Hygiene Certificate
* Good communication skills
* Have the ability to work on own initiative
* Have some good all round experience
* Transport or be able to get yourself to assignments
