I am a fully qualified PT with several years' experience and I specialise in helping people to lose weight and attain a fit and healthy body shape. I work either on a one-one basis or am happy to coach two or more people who have clubbed together. I can come to you - you wont need a gym. However, I have plenty of kit to keep you busy with.

Most importantly I get results and can supply details of many people I have worked with who can vouch for my services. I work from Stroud In Gloucestershire and am happy to travel up to 25 miles.
