Commis Chef Required for stylish modern country house hotel.

Commis chef required to join this professional brigade of 12 chefs. We are looking for an enthusiastic and aspiring commis chef to join this award winning 2 rosette kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a 1/ 2 rosette kitchen and enjoy using the very best fresh produce. As a Commis chef you will be given the opportunity and be trained on all sections of the kitchen and be trained using both classic and modern techniques.

This award winning 5 star hotel has a superb reputation both locally, nationally and internationally and is most definitely somewhere you would want on your CV as an aspiring chef. The Executive Chef is superb to work with and takes real pride in the development of his chefs.

• Salary £13,500-£14,500 annum + Tips depending on experience.
