The ideal candidates should be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and have experience of working in an early years setting. Duties may include planning and delivering activities, indoor and outdoor play, numeracy and literacy development, planning and observations. As an excellent early years Teaching Assistant you will be an excellent communicator, team player and be both adaptable and flexible in your approach to work.
