Electrical Contract Manager - £30,000 - £35,000 + Car

A successful electrical contractor is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Contract Manager to work on fast track, small works projects.  The client works on fast turnover retail projects ranging up to £100,000 electrical refurbishment / installation, average value of contract is £50,000 circa. 

Client portfolio of projects includes Costa Coffee, Halifax Banks, Gala Bingo, Student Accommodation, Travel Inn, TGI Friday to name a few.

The role will involve the management of multiple small works contracts and good client relationship skills as the client enjoys repeat business for their clients as a result of good results.

Applicants are required to have small works, fast track retail experience and to have previously worked in a contract management role and have experience of running multiple projects. 

Good organisational skills are key as are qualifications either ONC / HNC building services or hands on qualifications such as CIty and Guilds in electrical installation etc.
