Front Office Manager Required for Country House Hotel Gloucestershire
My client is looking for a Front office Manager to join the team at their beautiful country house hotel.
The ideal candidate will be able to work form own initiative, work as part of a team as well as manage a team, be friendly, polite and have excellent customer service skills.
Duties include;
To take responsibility for the service standards of the Reception team, to ensure total guest satisfaction.
To encourage and develop team, to ensure that all legal and company standards are being met.
To promote and maintain the professional profile of the Reception team
To maintain a close relationship with the Reservations and Meetings and Events team, ensuring that there is good communication between the departments
Maintain financial awareness and understanding of how the role impacts the hotel Profit and loss account and the business as a whole
Control departmental costs through correct storage and distribution of supplies.
Ensure front desk guest balances are kept to a minimum and disputed accounts are dealt with speedily.
Manage all HR and employee relations issues according to HR Company standards
