This quickly expanding and successful Gastro Group are currently looking for a Sous Chef for their latest opening in rural Gloucestershire.
They are a small collection of fabulous, individual Gastro Pubs where everything they serve is freshly prepared daily on the premises using carefully sourced ingredients serving a Classic / Modern European menu, of which you will have full input.
This is a very exciting time to join this small group who are looking for Sous & Head Chefs of the future
To be successful you will
• Be either an established Chef de Partie with pastry experience looking for a new challenge or direction within the casual dining scene or a strong Demi Chef de Partie looking for the next step up.
• Be able to demonstrate a strong and stable background with a great working attitude
• Have fresh produce and some volume experience
• Some Gastro / Restaurant experience preferred although not essential
• Be able to produce and demonstrate food that stands up to 1AA rosette
In return you will be offered
• An attractive basic salary of between £15,000 – 18,000 depending on level and experience
• Tips of up to £100 per week
• Live in if required
• Excellent career / promotional prospects
