Chef de Partie – Award Winning 5 star Hotel & Golf Course.

We are looking for an experienced chef de partie/ junior sous chef to join this iconic golf course. The ideal candidate will have worked a 1/ 2 rosette level and be accustomed to working in busy quality driven kitchens. We are looking for a passionate chef de partie and or junior sous chef to join this small brigade of 4. The golf course in busy all year round and on average caters for 100 daily. They also offer private parties and functions for up to 200. This is a fantastic environment to work in and one not to be missed

This is a superb opportunity for a career focused chef to work with a fantastic Head Chef and for a nationally recognised group of hotel’s and golf clubs. I am looking to organise interviews and work trials for chef de partie’s and or junior sous chefs immediately.

• Salary £16,000-£18,000 annum + Tips depending on experience.
