Head Waiter required for luxury boutique hotel in Gloucestershire.

My client is a stunning boutique hotel in Gloucestershire that boasts a VIP guest list and luxurious facilities. They are recruiting for a Head Waiter with 1-2 rosette experience able to work within the 40 cover fine dining restaurant.

This role would suit a hospitality professional with a good track record within luxury 1-2 rosette awarded restaurants.

My client offers a eclectic menu created from local produce and a complementary international wine list. As Head Waiter you will have very good food and beverage knowledge able to discuss menu choices with guests confidently.

As Head Waiter you will be responsible for supervising service and overseeing a staff of 10.

Salary on offer is £16500 - £17500 + excellent tips.
