Sous Chefs Required for Fabulous Hotels in Gloucestershire

Salary offered-£20-22k

My client operates some of Gloucestershire’s leading Hotels and they are now looking to expand and recruit for talented Sous chefs within the area

As Sous chef you must had had previous stable experience within 4* hotels with at least 1/2 rosette restaurant experience as well as some function and banqueting work as the hotels have a great trade with weddings and banqueting

You will as Sous chef help in the daily running of the kitchen overseeing the junior members of staff, ordering, assist with menu planning and all current hygiene legislations as well as cooking great seasonal produce

Talented senior Chef de Parties or Junior Sous chefs would be considered for the roles

Accommodation may be available in some of the hotels but ideally you will live locally
