Fantastic opportunity for a career minded Senior Chef De Partie to join this privately owned luxury hotel near Bath. The hotel itself has got 20+ bedrooms with mixture of traditional style rooms & contemporary (boutique style) rooms, 4 meeting rooms and a 1 AA rosette Restaurant.

You must be enthusiastic & passionate about quality food, adaptable and focused. The owners use carefully sourced food suppliers and the kitchen uses home grown salads & vegetables and locally sourced meat & poultry.

Previous experience from a rosetted background is a must along with NVQ 1,2 and 3.

Salary of £16,000 per annum + tips. Live in accommodation is available. Please note that this hotel is based in a rural area and therefore own transport would be beneficial.
