Are you an excellent people-person with energy, commitment and flexibility? We are a hotel/restaurant with a fantastic reputation to maintain and are looking for a full-time, live-in bar person to join this small, friendly and professional team in Tetbury as soon as possible. Whilst we are looking for a strong bar person, you will also need to be involved in food service.

The Priory Inn, Tetbury is a 14 bedroom hotel/restaurant in a small market town in the heart of the Cotswolds – 2hrs from London, 40 mins from Bath. In the past 18 months we have won a handful of prestigious industry awards and have featured extensively in the national press.

The successful candidate will have:

Minimum 6 months bar service experience and strong references to back this up;
English as first language – or equivalent fluency;
Friendly and bubbly personality with desire to chat to customers;
Professional but informal approach to service;
Ability and desire to develop a good knowledge of our 30 Mile Menus and wine list.

We would like the right candidate to start as soon as possible and they will be available for at least 6 months.
