They are looking for recruit a Head Waiter with 3 rosette or Michelin background and also Commis Sommelier with experience & knowledge in wine and a desire to progress to Sommelier.

Salary offered for Head Waiter is £16,000 per annum + bonus after one year of service. Accommodation can be provided at a charge.

Salary offered for Commis Sommelier is £14,305 per annum. Accommodation can be provided at a charge.
