To breathe new life in to old pubs, we are seriously committed to food
and are looking to hire likeminded individuals whom would relish the
opportunity to be involved with a young forward thinking company.

We currently have two positions to fill that of Head Chef and Assistant
Manager if either of these opportunities are of interest please read on.

Head Chef, perhaps this would be your first kitchen and you are currently
an experienced second chef waiting for you big break or already running
your own kitchen and wanting to spread your wings and try something new .

In either event you should have experience with writing menus, are able to
work within budgets and work towards attainable G.P.s, you’re able to run a
small team and keep a clan and tidy kitchen.

Qualifications are an advantage but a proven track record within the industry
more so you must of course have the relevant certification to enable you to
work within a kitchen.

Assistant Manager, the ideal candidate would have experience to at least a
supervisory level and should be used to working in a fast paste & occasionally
high pressured environment.

The position is very much hands on and you would be expected to lead by
example and would be very much involved in the day to day running of the site,
assisting the General Manager with ongoing staff training and helping to build the
business.

The basics, you should be numerate, have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word
& Excel, speak and write fluent English, most importantly you must be able to learn,
problem solve and think on your feet.
