Skills:
We are looking for individuals who are self confident, target driven with good business acumen and the ability to think on their feet. A proven track record in a sales/commercial environment is preferable. Recruitment requires motivation, enthusiasm and the drive and determination to succeed. We are seeking the sort of person that responds positively to targets and is competitive by nature. You will need to be a confident communicator who can build up excellent relationships with teachers and schools
We pride ourselves on our clearance procedures therefore key attention to detail is essential.

Role/Responsibilities:
You will specialise in the recruitment of both temporary and permanent teaching staff, in the local area.
The business you will inherit will already have an amount of fee production, however the role will involve an aggressive new business strategy.
