Leading player in the defence/avionics industry now seeks an experienced Project Manager to be based from their office in Gloucestershire The Project Manager will take full day-to-day responsibility of the Management of projects to time and cost and co-ordinate activities on numbers of contracts as well as providing technical input to the development of the projects from concept, to unit production build, and operational acceptance.

Key Responsibilities are as follows:
Co-ordination of the team and resources assigned to the projects
Provision of management information reporting on progress both internally and externally
Development of close, long term customer relationships
Development of appropriate recovery plans to achieve milestones as required
Leading bid preparation activities as required
Assisting the team to develop creative solutions to technical problems
