PULSE Staffing are currently seeking an experienced Radiology Manager or an experienced Radiographer looking for the next step into management, for a role based in the West Midlands.

Salary: 26010 - 37664
Hours: 37.5

The hospital is part of a leading private Healthcare Charity who are proud to offer a high standard of care to the local communities. They are a 20+ bedded hospital and offer a wide range of Diagnostic services.

Duties: Championing, leading and inspiring the team, you will develop, implement and monitor working processes and policies. You will also act as the Radiation Protection Supervisor for the hospital. As well as overseeing the department, you will be involved with specialist imaging procedures as clinical expert in your area of specialisation. We will expect you to participate in our On Call rota.

The appropriate candidate must be registered with the HPC and have a have a BSc, or equivalent, in diagnostic radiography. Ideally, you also have a professional management qualification as well as significant post-registration experience which includes senior level responsibilities in a Healthcare setting, managing people and budgets.
