Telesales Executive
Working for a successful cost surveyors in Gloucester;
• Making outgoing B2B telesales prospecting calls
• Assessing the viability of the prospect and their potential as a client
• Booking appointments for field based surveyors
• Following up on appointments to close sales and handle objections
The Person
• Telephone sales professional able to demonstrate experience in telephone sales – especially comfortable with cold-calling campaigns
• Proven track record in closing sales and delivering targets
• Ability to quickly understand and articulate sales arguments, objections and counter-arguments and educate customers persuasively
• Computer literate – comfortable working with standard Microsoft packages
• Professional approach to team and client relationships
• Enthusiastic, hard working and self-motivated with drive and commitment
This is a permanent position where you will have the opportunity to develop within the business and gain industry qualifications and training. A desire to move into a field based role would be advantageous.
£15k p/a + excellent commission structure
