An Ofsted-rated 'Outstanding' Secondary School in Gloucester is urgently looking for a qualified Teaching Assistant.

The successful Teaching Assistant would work full time and have split responsibilities. In the first instance, they would be assisting a Year 12 pupil with severe Visual Impairment who also has English as an Additional Language. The Teaching Assistant would also be responsible for supporting pupils in Year 7 with behavioural problems and Autistic Spectrum Disorder.

Requirements



- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Learning Support qualification is essential

- Experience of working with Secondary age pupils

- Strong academic background and qualifications

- Flexible attitude to working hours

- Excellent communication and team work skills
