Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to work in established country restaurant. Must have good leadership skills, be able to work towards set targets within the kitchen e.g. labour costs, gross profits etc., have excellent managerial skills, work well independently and as a team member and work well under pressure. Most importantly, the individual we are looking for must have a passion for cooking with fresh ingredients.

The salary we are offering is between £17 000 and £22 000 depending on previous experience and qualifications. References essential.
